RE: [MS_AccessPros] What event will be triggered when the report has printed the last record?

Phucon,

What solution are you using to generate multiple columns?

What would you want to happen if your have Column10 or Column15 with possibly no space for the "End of Report"?

My initial thoughts are to place a Count(*) text box in the report header and a running sum of =1 in the detail section so you can compare the two values to determine when to display "End of Report"

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] What event will be triggered when the report has printed the last record?

I have a multicolumn report, and the "*** End of Report ***" label was placed in the report footer section.
I am curious if the label can be printed immediately, right after the last record (column) was printed, like the figure is shown below.

And what event will be triggered when the report has printed the last record?

Heading     |Column1 |Column2 |Column3 |Column4 |Column5 |
________  |________|_______ |_______ |_______  |________|
Data Line1 |1              |2             |3             |4             |5              |
_________|________|________|_______|______ _|________|
Data Line2 |6              |7              |8            |9             |10            |
_________|________|________|_______|_______ |________|

Heading    |Column6 |
_________|_______ |
Data Line1 |11           |
_________|________|
Data Line2 |12            |"End of Report"
_________|________|
