Since "the first 5 simple queries contains many criterias" you must either:
- declare the data types of all the criteria using Query->Parameters or
- enter column headings values in the crosstab properties window

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Crosstab Query
Dear All,
1- I have a big table contains details for BMW parts
2- I built 5 simple queries each one depend on the previous one
for exmple Qry_MstrLst_Step2 depend on Qry_MstrLst_Step1 and So on.
3- the last query should be Crosstab query, all data as a row heading except the "Model Name" should be Column heading and the quantity of each item under its model code
the problem is the first 5 simple queries contains many criterias so the crosstab query makes an error
so, please support how to make the crosstab query accept the criterias in previous simple queries
thanks in advance
