Dennis-
What is the data type of the Produkt field? It looks like you're entering Text. And is the control on the form bound to the Produkt field?

Hi Crystal,
thanks for your suggestions of yesterday on my problems with my subform in my Order form.
I followed your advice and reduced my number of tables as record source of my subform and changed, as you suggested, the corresponding textbox in the subform to a control box in which I then used the table that I took out of the join in my record source of the subform as the record source of this new combo box. And it worked fine! But when I now, in the pasted example below, had entered the first line successfully in the subform and try to enter line number two I get this error message, and I cannot figure out how to fix it.
The error message means: "You must fill in a value in the field 'Produkt' in the record source behind the subform".
But when I try to do exactly that, the system will not allow me to. I just get the same error message again.
What am I doing wrong?
Regards
Dennis
