Hi Duane,
Thanks again for creating the sample database. However, for some reasons, I can't find the "AccessSamples" folder anywhere on my Yahoo Group site. Yahoo has changed the layout and I can't find it. Would you be kind enough to show me how to get to this folder? Thanks Duane! Tim

Jim,
I created a small sample database (TwoColumnMemoReport.zip) and uploaded it to the AccessSamples folder for our group.
It won't necessarily break the memo field into equal length columns since it relies on counting characters, not lines.
