That message almost always means your code has some syntax errors in it and can't compile. Compiling is essential as an ACCDE is a pre-compiled file similar in many ways as a executable file.

Open up the code window and click on Debug> Compile {your project name}.

If it can't compile the editor will highlight the first line it finds that needs fixing. Keep compiling until you get an error-free compile.
