[MS_AccessPros] Re: New and Needing help

Hi Lucao,

The correct way to handle this is to detect the
fact the the item is booked out before any
changes are made to the data, and issue a warning
message before any data is changed.

My question is, why are you using Find and Replace
when the item is still booked out?

When looking for available equipment, only the
available machines should be listed.
What is your criteria for an 'Available Machine'?

Regards, Clive.

I have used a Macro to create the message, however, the way that the forms are designed makes the message pop up when we are trying to return the item using a Ctrl F - Find and Replace.
