RE: [MS_AccessPros] Parameter value???

Tiffany-

Do you want to "point" to a record on the outer form or in one of the subforms? What is the SQL of the Record Source of all forms involved?

I figured out how to point it to the right form. Now I need it to open the right record. How do I tell it to open the right record?

I thought I answered the parameter question. I guess not.

If I remember right, you ran that template and then started importing objects
from it into your database. When you use a template to create a database there
are lots of behind-the-scenes stuff that is not always evident. Check the query
for the form to see if those things are in it. The best way to do that is to
open the query in SQL view.

As to the functions, post their code and maybe we can help.
