Thanks for this. I will keep this for future reference. At present, though, what I need to know is how to show the color dialog box after I click a text box, choose a color from the dialog box, and the color stays in the text box. And, also, I can change the color any time when called for. Again, thank you very much for this. I would appreciate it also if you can help me again on this.

Hi All,
I am using Access 2007. I need some help.
I am developing a database on an Early Warning System. The idea is to assign a color code for each level in the EW system (i.e., Green for Safe; Yellow for Concern; Red for Critical). Please see attached database.
