You cannot attach anything to a message posted to the group. You must put any file you want to share in the Files / Assistance Needed section of the group website.

But since you sent me a copy directly, I can give you an answer:

SELECT * FROM Table1

WHERE Table1.[visit date] =

(SELECT Max([visit date]) FROM Table1 As T2

WHERE T2.[emp id] = Table1.[emp id])

You can turn that into an INSERT or Make Table query to put the selected rows into another table.
