No. of programs in total: 1No. of utility programs used to verify data if data corruption occurs: FMSNo. of times you have been requiredto fix a problem over the past 6 months: No issues mainly improvementsResponse level required if a problem occurs e.g. 1 hour, 2 hour etc : No emergenciesIs weekend cover required.: NoAll enhancements would be done on fixed price basis: Make senseSupport would be Remote Support only and charged on an agreed subscription basis. I would reserve the right to increase the subscription amount if level of support required was more than originally anticipated or annual review. : Not sure what do you mean by "subscription basis"
