[MSAccessProfessionals] Can I custom name report based on field on form

I have a report named ROC.  When I view the report and print to PDF, it defaults the naming to ROC.pdf

Is there a way for me to save the report based on field of my open form?

Let's say I want to use 3 fields values on my form;
company
model
serial

I would like to name the PDF "ROC - [company] - [model] - [serial]

Is this possible?
