Hi Sue,

I had a problem with my perpetual installation of Microsoft Office too -- not with Access, thankfully, it was with Word -- I couldn't edit any documents. I could, however, create new documents, so whenever I had to edit, I copied to a new document and changed that. This happened for about 2 months till it sorted itself out. I had also installed 365 on that machine and even though I wasn't using it, my guess is that it was messing with my perpetual license. Hope you get it sorted out.
