Doyce - Put a break point on the first line of code and when the code breaks press F8 to step through each line to see if you can spot any issues.

Duane - Looks like online replies default to not include thread. If you choose to add it, it goes on top by clicking the "Quote Whole Post" icon in the format bar. I'm not sure if that can be changed. I'll look into it.
