in VBA, measurements are set in whole twips. A twip (TWenty In Point) is a 20th of a point. There are 72 points in an inch.
here is a conversion you can use:
1 cm * 0.3937?? inch/cm * 1440 twips/inch = ~ 567 twips/cm
