Re: [MS_AccessPros] Offsite Data Entry: MS Access

hi Mike,

for a short time, Access had a capability to do this but it had issues and was depreciated. One thing you can do is forward emails to a particular desktop Outlook mailbox that Access links to. Then you would need to write code to go in, find the the answers, and fill a record. I would use a recordset and fill fields as you find information.

have an awesome day,

At the office I have my database with all my business info...

What I would like to be able to do is Create a form in Access and Email it to the service tech.  The Service Tech could update the form as per job requirements.  And then later email the completed form back to the office.  So that the updated fields can be loaded into the Office Database...

How can I approach this? Any thoughts?

Thanks Mike the Plumber
