Ken,
It looks like you are storing FullName with jpg in the Map field. This would suggest your image relies on Map field rather than a concatenated value.

How does your image get its source?

Thank you Duane, it worked but it does not show the image unless I go back to previous  record and then back to the new record then image is there. I try it in After Update event same problem. What should be added to this code?

Private Sub Map_GotFocus()

Map = [fullname] & ".jpg"

End Sub
