I could be wrong Duane but I think he is looking for a place to locate tips for the user like a help file.

Art,
I would put yourself in the user's chair (or ask them) to figure out how they would use the system.
How about a date field so you can view new tips?
Are your subjects the same as categories for searching?
Are some tips related to other tips?
Have you considered adding a keywords table?

Duane

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] A tip form
I would to create a form that contains tips for the database. I created the following table:
tblTips
TipID
TipSubject
TipDescription
TipPic
Is that the appropriate structure or should I try something different. the TipPic is a ShortText field whch will contain the path to a snapshot picture. But I am not sure how to implement this...
Any ideas, would be a great help.
Thank you,

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
