As Bill said, you can't drag a borderless form with the mouse -- but you might still be able to move it with the keyboard IF it is also a popup form and Moveable is true.

Press ALT-Spacebar to open the Windows menu in the upper left -- down arrow to Move, then Enter to choose -- then arrows to where you want the window to go, then Enter when done

I don't think you can drag borderless forms. I've never understood the need for those. What is the justification for a borderless form? Just about every Windows application uses bordered forms that can be dragged around because that  is what users want.
