Don't worry about it. I'm the group owner and I still get caught not including the thread. Maybe someday Yahoo will add that as an option to turn on or off.

You seem to have done it again. If you are responding via the Yahoo web interface, there is a little link at the bottom of the message box "> Show message history". If the history/context is important to readers, then click the link prior to sending.

 

My outlook.com account automatically includes the message history. I expect this is an option with most email systems.
