Hi Jonathan
The function you want is FormatDateTimeIntl - about halfway down.
You need to know the locale code (LCID) for the country/language you want to
use.

I looked it over and can't say I was able to spot the code for formating a
date to a specific language... But thanks for the reference. It contains a
lot of codes.
