The first thing I would do is regularly compact the files. The app file is about twice the size of the compacted version and the data file will compact to about 1/4 size. Duane Hookom MVPMS Access

The RecordSource is WorkingCustomerListInfo4One table and underlying that is qCustomerListInfo4One. A key underlying query is the qCustomerList_2UnionBasicData which is a compilation of 6 queries. I tried to remove the Contacts tables and qCustomerListContactNameSpID queries from each of those 6 queries so that I could use them just once after the UnionBasicData but ended up getting the dreaded message. I added the WHERE parameters gradually, testing as I went and had gotten through one or two of the underlying queries when I got the dreaded message. It is now in its former working state.
