I volunteer at a local jail and we're trying to set up a database in access7 to keep track of inmates requests and the items we give them. my questions are how do we:
1.search for a specific inmate and see the record of passed items given and then enter a new request item?
2. can it be done in one form?
3. can you tell me how to set it up?
I have some knowledge of tables, forms but don't know how to put it all together in a way that will be easy for the volunteers that will be tracking, viewing, and intering the information. Thank you for your help
