I'm using Access 2013 but after 23 iterations of step 6 I still hadn't had any error messages, I just get your "Contact is in a current looking event..."
One thing I noticed was that the queries call VBA routines, especially "ConcatRelated" which in turn goes to the DB via DAO. This is a kind of recursion which is, at best, difficult to debug as it jumps in and out of VBA and the DB Engine for each record. If the DB Engine for some reason cannot cache and reuse the connections then it wil reopen the Db and the codedb (the same db) multiple times.
I haven't spent any time to decode what the query and the ConcatRelated function are trying to do but, can you split the query so that it doesn't have to call a VBA Routine which then goes to the database?
(Alternative, do you find that the error is reduced if you run the db in a directory that is not quite so many levels deep in the directory structure? On my machine I had it unter C:\temp and the short path *might* have helped. If a shorter path helps on yur machine too then this is one more clue.)

Had forgotten to email myself the back end so that I could upload it on my day off if you guys were game. So had to wait til today.

I can delete what I've uploaded after a couple of days right? Any and all input on how to create a better product the next time are welcomed. At this point, I need to just make this one work as quickly as possible.
