RE: [MS_AccessPros] Unable to Add Record to Main or SubForms

The problems I am having are outlined in the attached Excel file. I have also attached a sample database so that you can review it to determine the cause of my problems. Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Debbie-

We would need to know more about your form and subforms. What's the Record
Source (the SQL if a query)? If you open the Record Source outside the form,
can you add records there? Is Allow Additions set to Yes in the form and the
subforms? Are the Link Master / Link Child properties of the subform control
set correctly? Help us out here.

I am currently unable to add a record to my main or sub forms.
I am not sure why the problem exists. Please provide assistance.
