Duane is correct. You can use a Parameter in a query only where a literal would
otherwise be accepted for use *after* the SQL is parsed. So you cannot use a
Parameter to do a dynamic substitution of a field or table name. Building a
query "on the fly" in code is the way to go.

I don't believe this can be done without some code that updates the SQL property
of a saved make table query or renames the table after created.
