[MS_AccessPros] Newbie sort of Question

 

I am sorry but I cannot figure this out

I am comfortable with tables, queries, forms, reports, all the basic stuff

So now I am trying to make the leap to a Control Panel like set up

In example I have records of data worked
I now am in the spot where I need to have a control panel form, where I can
search in the top (in example) and the searched for values populate below,
I can edit the fixed data dates, etc. Then save it

So which sort of form would I use for that
