Name AutoCorrect is not on. However, I have not done a compact and repair for about 6 weeks. I can not administer the db remotely so I need to go in person to do backups and compact and repairs. I usually do this once every two weeks when I travel to the office. I will teach the office manager to at least run compact and repair once a week. That should solve the problem.
