It sounds like either the form or the target database is corrupt.
1. Compact both databases.
2. Press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate Window in the code editor.
3. Type this:
Application.SaveAsText acForm, "YourFormName", "FullFilePath"
The file path should be somewhere on your local drive.
Now open the target database.
Press Ctrl+G again.
This time type:
Application.LoadFromText acForm, "YourFormName", "FullFilePath"
That will import the form. If you still get those errors import everything in the target db into a new blank database and compact. Then try the LoasFromText again.
If that STILL won't work you will have to create the form from scratch.
