Hi Bill,
It is normal behaviour. The Combo will show the value
for the current record in all records because it's
bound to a field.
Your suggestion to have the Combo in the Form that calls
the Players list is a good idea.
You can create a WhereCondition using the value in the Combo
for the DoCmd.OpenForm.
