Greetings All,
My work computer was updated to Windows 7 and Office 2007 last week. The first few days everything was working fine. Now, whenever I attempt to make changes in a database I get a warnig that I "do not have exclusive access to the database at this time. If you proceed to make changes, you may not be able to them later." Also, while debugging at times, I will receive "The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine 'PCND1164N8J' that prevents it from being opened or locked." when assigning the database object to a variable or attempting to execute an action query through code. Needless to say, that machine name is my computer, this is a stand-alone copy of the database on my local drive for development, and I am the only user in the database at the time.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this behaviour?
