And if you don't want the "new" record to appear at all, set Allow Additions to
No.

I am wondering if it is possible to keep a form from moving to the next
record. I have a form that is based on a query that uses about 4
parameters from a series of Combo boxes. There should only be one record
returned by the query based on any configuration of combo boxes. However,
if the user tabs through the whole form they could cause the form to go to
the next record, which will be blank. The biggest problem is that I think
it will be confusing to the user if everything all of a sudden goes blank
when they move to the next record on accident.
Is there any way to prevent the form from moving to the Next Record?
Thank for all your help.
Bill
