So I think I'm giving up on SSMA for the moment, and am just exporting the empty tables from Access to the SQL Server database, and then adding keys, indexes and relationships to the SQL Server tables using SQL Server Management Studio. If anyone has thoughts on how well that will work, things to avoid, etc, they're much appreciated.
