Hi,
I'm using an Access 2010 query to pass data to a Word MailMerge document but have problems with number formatting.
One field is a Percent field, I enter the data as 10% but when the mailmerge runs it displays as .10000000149011612. I canmultiply the InterestRate field by 100 to get 10.000000149011612 but how can I clean up the trailing decimals (not entered into the database)?
Other fields are Currency but the mailmerge drops trailing zeros after the decimal point. How can I reformat the data in Word?
Thanks,
Capt. James Cook
