Hi Bill,
You need to do the Refresh on the original form, not the
one you openend to make the changes.
Normally you would place a Button on the Header of a Form.
In DataSheet Mode the header is not visible, so if you
want to switch views then you would put the form details in
a SubForm so that the Header and the Button remain visible.
Then you will find that the records are updated correctly
without any code.
Another way of switching modes is to use the DoubleClick
Event of a FormField, but that needs some way of letting
the user know that it is available; a message on the
StatusBar or in the ControlTip Text.
