Sorry Duane,
In my form Assets List is a NewAssets button, the button works off of a macro. When clicked on, it opens another window and the form Contacts/Asset Details opens. The problem is, it should have a new form in the window to fill out and it doesn't. The form is there but the split form (where the data is entered) is not there.

I'm not sure about anyone else here but I can't see your screen or read your mind. Your code is unknown as is your record source and everything else.
The best we can do is provide wild guesses which takes more time than if you provided the significant information in your initial post.
