The issue came up on a users computer. I tried it on my laptop and it remains. The printer is a network printer. I changed the margins from 0.25 to 0.5 on the bottom and it did not help.

Hi Jim
Are these on the same computer and printing to the same printer? It's
possible the printer A2010 is using has a slightly smaller printable area
that the A2007 one.
Even if you are using the same physical printer, different drivers can have
subtle differences such as the reported printable area.
I suggest you experiment with making the bottom margins slightly larger.
