The Number field is just an auto-sequence field from 1 to 1000 using instructions located here
http://rogersaccessblog.blogspot.com/2010/12/domain-function-example-simulate.html
The lookup field are Abbreviations of Collection Names. I need to label each box shipped with a sequential number and a unique identifier, i.e. the abbreviation.
