RE: [MS_AccessPros] QUESTION ON COMBO BOXES

Edgar,

Again, please use UPPER and lower case letters. ALL UPPERCASE IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING.

The Row Source of a combo box is typically a SQL statement or query. You can filter the results of this query by referencing the primary key field value of the customer table in the criteria.

If you can't figure this out, come back with information about your form's record source and the Row Source of the combo box.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] QUESTION ON COMBO BOXES

IN A CUSTOMER INFO FORM, CAN I MAKE A COMBO BOX THAT ONLY DISPLAYS THE DIFERENT CONTACTS FOR THAT CUSTOMER, EVEN IF I HAVE TO USE A SEPARATE BUTTON TO OPEN A DIFERENT FORM TO ENTER THE DIFERENT CUSTOMERS? IF SO, HOW DO I SPECIFY THE COMBO BOX TO JUST DISPLAY THE CONTACTS RELATED TO THAT CUSTOMER?
