Since Access does not support null bit (Yes/No) fields, use an integer or byte field instead. You can then use a combo box with a value list of:
Null;'Unknown';0;'No';1;'Yes'
Set the number of columns to 2.
Set the column widths to 0;1
Make sure the bound column is set to 1
