Ruhi-

I merely suggested copying "template" rows to make it easy to handle a standard
case. You should certainly allow the user to enter additional Actions by simply
adding a row and selecting the action from perhaps a combo box.

Thank you very much for your valuable guidance. It shows me the way but there is
a question: procedures can be repeated in some steps and we can not determine
the number of these steps. For example a dentist can make a try in 3 times etc.
How can we solve this?
