adding on to what Bill said... for ribbon
>> File >> Info >> Compact & Repair Database
for Access 2007, click round Microsoft Office button instead of File
~~
then close database.
right-click on the File Name in Windows Explorer or My Computer. choose:
>>
Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder
the zip file is then what you will upload to
>> Files >> 2_AssistanceNeeded
