Hi Pat
Feel free to upload your database, but first compact it. Click on the Office button in the top, left corner and select Compact & Repair. I can't remember if it is under Database tools in 2007 or not.
Once you compact it, zip it and upload it to our Assistance Needed folder.
We usually don't just fix something. We prefer to teach, but maybe someone will find some time to make the changes you want.
One thing you can look into...try creating a new report with the report wizard. There might be a Label report with 4 labels per page. They would probably be 4 1/4" x 5 1/2, but anything close to that size should work.
If there is no label that size you can create a custom label. Just follow the wizard.
