Hi Jim,

Thanks, Jim. You didn't miss anything, I did. I normally save a record before moving to another one ... but this code is behind an unbound form. The Dirty property is only applicable to forms that have data. I have removed the Dirty statement and added a lot more comments. Uploaded a new version :
