[MS_AccessPros] HOW DO I MAKE THE QUERY I NEED?

 

I HAVE A TABLE IN WICH I PUT ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT A CUSTOMER'S FIRE EXTINGUISHER. THE FIELDS ARE, ItemNumber, Location, Manufacturer, YrManufactured, Type, Size, SerialNumber, Active (true/false). then there is a sub form with all the services done to that specific extinguisher, the fields in that table tblServices are, Date -Now()-, Service, technitian, interval, NextService. the service field is for imputing a code reguarding the service that was done, the technitian field is to know who did the service, the interval is to know how often the service should be done (I have this in days(365) but if there is a way to do it in months, please advise) and finaly, the next service date ads the interval to the date of service. then every month i extract a report for a certain city and month so i can know what customers have to recive service in that city and month. If there is a better way to do this, please advise.
