[MS_AccessPros] Export a report to XLS

 

I have a report formatted as:

Club Name
Postal Address
Meets at
Time
Meet address

This prints to a PDF file as designed.

I need to export to an XLS file and the "Specify export Options" is
greyed out and the report is delivered in the format:

Club Name: Postal Address; Meets at; Time; Meet address

What have I missed?
