I have a 'Lazy' idea. What I would do as a lazy ms access developer is to create a sharepoint site and then manage access through a sharepoint list.
You put that sharepoint list as 'Data Source' in your loading form, and then the only thing you have to do is to manage access in the sharepoint site using MIcrosoft 365 'Active Directory'
