Try:
P = DSum("SUM_BxQty", "tbl_DistributionMap", "[MDLID]= " & "'" & ChRstMdlID & "'" And [AssyPage] = " & "'" & ChRstAssyPage & "'")
There was an extra " in there. I also took out some extra table names.
