Re: [MS_AccessPros] New file uploaded to MS_Access_Professionals

hi Stuart,

neither had I! It was probably pretty hard to come up with all those names! Here is an article about it:

Nice.   Were that color names your invention?   Never heard of "papaya whip" before....    :)

Description : Access tool to pick colors. I originally wrote it then a couple others added on. The ACCDB was converted from the MDB that was originally posted. It is for getting RGB (Red-Green_Blue) values for colors, along with other color information.

The Colors-at-a-Glance tab was added by AD Tejpal and is arranged in a logical order for the color spectrum. It might be easier to use this tab to get RGB values that you want to try.

'~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
'define colors
mnColor_Travel = RGB(200, 200, 200) 'gray
mnColor_FiveTwo_1 = RGB(255, 165, 0) 'orange
mnColor_FiveTwo = RGB(0, 150, 0) ' green
mnColor_SixOne = RGB(0, 0, 255) 'blue
mnColor_SixOne_1 = RGB(200, 0, 255) 'purple
'~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Just as Font colors can be dynamic, so can other formatting such as fill color and borders.
