Delete all your linked tables in Access and re-link them.  You can get this sort of error particularly if you've changed any of the table designs in SQL Server.  A re-link should get the latest definitions.

I am having an interesting experience with my Access frontend and SQL Server backend. When I try to refresh my Linked Tables from within Access I Get the following errors:

Now the curious thing is I can use window explorer to look at the files on the server. I can remote into the server. And I can create ODBC connection to the server from the desktop that is in question. But every time I try to access the server from with Access I get the above error.


I have verified the SQL Server is up and running. I can also
