Yes. Pretty consistently slow for me. So consistent I can expect it to be bad, so if possible, I open the individual subform itself and work with those properties.

For what it’s worth Liz, the first time I opened and poked around in Access 2016, I experienced the same excruciating slowness that you mention. With everything I did in that session, the property sheet took several seconds to update. Unfortunately, I didn’t time or document the deficit but I do recall how frustrating I found the experience.
However, I did find that thing went back to more or less normal after closing Access and rebooting. I haven’t done much work in 2016 but, after several months, the problem seems to have returned only once and was far less intrusive (i.e. not nearly as slow.)
Since I do not operate in a Citrix environment, the problem may be Access and not your environment.

Does anyone including Microsoft understand how painstaking slow it is to move from subform to subform in design mode? Is it just me? Is it because I’m running it within Citrix?
I’ve worked these databases for 10 years and it was slow with 2002, slower with 2007, and even slower with 2010. It takes sometimes as long as 5-10 minutes for the control to get the focus and display the properties with which to work.
